🥗 Tempeh Salad with Sesame Dressing

Ingredients
- 150g tempeh
- 100g leaves (e.g. arugula and spinach)
- 2 EL sesame oil
- 1 EL soy sauce
- 1 Stück lemon
- 1 carrots
Instructions
- 1. Cut tempeh into small cubes and sauté.
- 2. Wash salad leaves and arrange on a plate.
- 3. Grate carrot and sprinkle over salad.
- 4. Mix sesame oil, soy sauce, and lemon juice.
- 5. Drizzle the dressing over the salad.
- 6. Top with tempeh and serve.
