Ingredients
- 400 coconut milk
- 80 sugar
- 60 cornstarch
- 1 salt
- 1 cinnamon
Instructions
- 1. Combine coconut milk, sugar, cornstarch, salt, and cinnamon in a pot and bring to a boil.
- 2. Stir the mixture constantly until it thickens.
- 3. Pour the mixture into pudding molds and let it cool.
- 4. Remove from molds before serving and garnish as desired.
