Ingredients
- 150 g Sushi Rice
- 180 ml Water
- 1 EL Rice Vinegar
- 1 TL Sugar
- 1/2 TL Salt
- 100 g Shrimp
- 1 Stück avocado
- 2 Stück Nori Sheets
- 1 Prise wasabi
- zum Servieren Soy Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Cook the rice and let it cool.
- 2. Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt, and fold into the rice.
- 3. Cook shrimp and cut avocado into strips.
- 4. Shape nori into a cone and fill with rice, shrimp, and avocado.
- 5. Serve with wasabi and soy sauce.
