Ingredients
- 300 g Yeast dough
- 150 ml Milk
- 75 g Sugar
- 50 g butter
- 1 Päckchen Vanilla sugar
- 200 ml Whipping cream
- 1 TL Lemon zest
Instructions
- 1. Prepare yeast dough according to instructions and let rise.
- 2. Place dough on a baking sheet and let rise again.
- 3. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 °C for 25 minutes.
- 4. Whip cream with sugar and vanilla sugar until stiff.
- 5. Fold lemon zest into the cream.
- 6. Slice the baked dough and fill with cream.
