Ingredients
- 4 Apples
- 100 g Sugar
- 50 g butter
- 200 g Dough (shortcrust)
- 1 TL Cinnamon
- 1 TL Salt
Instructions
- 1. Peel, core, and quarter the apples.
- 2. Caramelize sugar in a pan.
- 3. Add apples and butter, sauté for about 10 minutes.
- 4. Place dough over the apples and bake for 30 minutes in the oven.
- 5. Remove from the oven and let cool.
- 6. Invert and serve.
