🥧 Myze Pie with Roasted Chicken

Ingredients
- 500 g Puff pastry (chilled)
- 400 g Chicken breast fillet
- 200 g Mozzarella (grated)
- 2 EL Tomato paste
- 2 Stk Onions (sliced)
- 100 g Cheddar (grated)
- 10 g Basil (chopped)
- 3 EL Ketchup
- 1 Prise Salt
- 1 Prise Black pepper
- 10 g Butter (for brushing)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C (top and bottom heat).
- 2. Cut the chicken meat into small, bite-sized cubes and season with salt and pepper.
- 3. Fry the chicken cubes in a pan with some oil on all sides until browned and remove from the pan.
- 4. Sauté the onion strips in the same pan until translucent.
- 5. Stir the tomato paste into the onions and stir briefly to toast it.
- 6. Mix the ketchup with 2 tablespoons of water and pour it over the onion-chicken mixture.
- 7. Unroll the puff pastry and place it in a springform pan (26 cm) or on a baking sheet.
- 8. Spread half of the cheese mixture (mozzarella) on the dough.
- 9. Distribute the chicken-onion mixture evenly on top.
- 10. Sprinkle the rest with mozzarella and cheddar.
- 11. Brush the edge of the dough with butter and sprinkle basil on top.
- 12. Bake the tart for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
