  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C (top and bottom heat).
  2. 2. Cut the chicken meat into small, bite-sized cubes and season with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Fry the chicken cubes in a pan with some oil on all sides until browned and remove from the pan.
  4. 4. Sauté the onion strips in the same pan until translucent.
  5. 5. Stir the tomato paste into the onions and stir briefly to toast it.
  6. 6. Mix the ketchup with 2 tablespoons of water and pour it over the onion-chicken mixture.
  7. 7. Unroll the puff pastry and place it in a springform pan (26 cm) or on a baking sheet.
  8. 8. Spread half of the cheese mixture (mozzarella) on the dough.
  9. 9. Distribute the chicken-onion mixture evenly on top.
  10. 10. Sprinkle the rest with mozzarella and cheddar.
  11. 11. Brush the edge of the dough with butter and sprinkle basil on top.
  12. 12. Bake the tart for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
