  3. 3. Mix the apple wedges with sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
  4. 4. Unroll the shortcrust pastry and place it in a tart pan (26 cm).
  5. 5. Place the Camembert quarters on the pastry base.
  6. 6. Distribute the apple wedges tightly in a spiral pattern over the cheese.
  7. 7. Distribute the butter cubes over the tart.
  8. 8. Sprinkle the slivered almonds over the top.
  9. 9. Bake the tart for 35 to 40 minutes until the pastry is golden brown.
