🍎 Apple and Camembert Pie

Ingredients
- 500 g Shortcrust pastry (chilled)
- 600 g Apples (firm)
- 200 g Camembert (quartered)
- 40 g Sugar
- 1 TL Cinnamon (ground)
- 20 g Butter (cubed)
- 30 g Slivered almonds
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (convection).
- 2. Peel the apples, core them, and slice them into thin wedges.
- 3. Mix the apple wedges with sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
- 4. Unroll the shortcrust pastry and place it in a tart pan (26 cm).
- 5. Place the Camembert quarters on the pastry base.
- 6. Distribute the apple wedges tightly in a spiral pattern over the cheese.
- 7. Distribute the butter cubes over the tart.
- 8. Sprinkle the slivered almonds over the top.
- 9. Bake the tart for 35 to 40 minutes until the pastry is golden brown.
