🧀 Blue cheese and walnut tart

Ingredients
- 300 g Chilled shortcrust pastry
- 200 g Brie cheese, soft
- 100 g Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
- 100 g Main ingredient
- 50 g Walnut kernels
- 30 g Honey
- 1 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Roll out the shortcrust pastry and place it in a springform pan (24 cm). Prick the base several times with a fork.
- 2. Bake the tart shell for 15 minutes until lightly golden brown. Remove from the oven.
- 3. Toast the walnut kernels in a pan over medium heat for 3 minutes until fragrant. Let them cool and chop them roughly.
- 4. Spread the crumbled Gorgonzola and the diced Brie evenly over the pre-baked base.
- 5. Place the sweet grapes and the chopped walnuts on top of the cheese.
- 6. Return the tart to the oven for another 10 minutes until the cheese melts.
- 7. Remove the tart from the oven. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
