  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Roll out the shortcrust pastry and place it in a springform pan (24 cm). Prick the base several times with a fork.
  2. 2. Bake the tart shell for 15 minutes until lightly golden brown. Remove from the oven.
  3. 3. Toast the walnut kernels in a pan over medium heat for 3 minutes until fragrant. Let them cool and chop them roughly.
  4. 4. Spread the crumbled Gorgonzola and the diced Brie evenly over the pre-baked base.
  5. 5. Place the sweet grapes and the chopped walnuts on top of the cheese.
  6. 6. Return the tart to the oven for another 10 minutes until the cheese melts.
  7. 7. Remove the tart from the oven. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
