🍰 Colorful No-Bake Cream Yolk Tart

Ingredients
- 200 g Ladyfingers
- 500 ml Milk
- 6 Stück Egg yolks
- 100 g Sugar
- 1 Stück Lemon zest (grated)
- 1 Stück Cinnamon stick
- 300 ml Whipping cream
- 50 g Chocolate sprinkles
Instructions
- 1. Whisk egg yolks, sugar, and lemon zest in a bowl until the mixture is pale and creamy.
- 2. Add milk and the cinnamon stick to a pot and heat slowly until it almost boils. Remove the cinnamon stick.
- 3. Slowly pour the hot milk into the eggs while stirring constantly to prevent lumps.
- 4. Simmer the mixture over medium heat, stirring frequently, until it thickens (about 5 minutes). Remove from heat.
- 5. Let the cream cool. Whip the cream to stiff peaks.
- 6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cooled cream.
- 7. Dip the ladyfingers briefly in a little milk and place them in a baking dish to form a layer.
- 8. Add a layer of the cream mixture over the biscuits. Repeat the layers (biscuits, cream) and finish with the cream.
- 9. Place the tart in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours to set. Sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles before serving.
