Ingredients
- 100 g Fish roe
- 1 kleine Onion
- 2 EL Lemon juice
- 100 ml Olive oil
- 1 Scheibe White bread
- 0.5 TL Pepper
- 1 TL Salt
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the onion.
- 2. Soak the white bread in water, drain, and tear it up.
- 3. In a bowl, mix fish roe, onion, bread, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- 4. Slowly stir in the olive oil until a creamy consistency is achieved.
- 5. Serve cold with bread or vegetables.
