  2. 2. Wash the bell pepper, remove the core, and cut it into bite-sized strips.
  3. 3. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the pepper strips over high heat for 3 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the drained noodles and pesto to the peppers. Mix everything well and use the cooking water for the desired consistency.
  5. 5. Serve the dish on plates, sprinkle with Parmesan and fresh basil.
