🍝 Spanish Tapas Spaghetti with Peppers

Ingredients
- 250 g Spaghetti
- 200 g red bell pepper
- 40 g sunflower seed pesto
- 30 g Parmesan (grated)
- 2 EL olive oil
- 1 Prise salt
- 1 Prise black pepper
- 10 g basil (fresh)
Instructions
- 1. Boil the spaghetti in salted water according to package directions until al dente. Reserve some cooking water.
- 2. Wash the bell pepper, remove the core, and cut it into bite-sized strips.
- 3. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the pepper strips over high heat for 3 minutes.
- 4. Add the drained noodles and pesto to the peppers. Mix everything well and use the cooking water for the desired consistency.
- 5. Serve the dish on plates, sprinkle with Parmesan and fresh basil.
