🍞 Zesty Tomato and Cheese Bread for Tapas

Ingredients
- 200 g Ciabatta bread
- 2 große Tomatoes
- 100 g Feta cheese
- 30 ml Olive oil
- 10 ml Balsamic vinegar
- 10 g Fresh basil leaves
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- 2. Slice the ciabatta bread into 4 thick pieces.
- 3. Toast the bread slices for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- 4. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes.
- 5. Crumble the feta cheese into a bowl and mix it with the tomato cubes.
- 6. Mix the olive oil and balsamic vinegar in a small dish and pour it over the tomato-feta mixture.
- 7. Rub the surface of the toasted bread slices with half a raw tomato.
- 8. Place the tomato-feta mixture on top of the bread slices.
- 9. Roughly tear the basil leaves with your hands and sprinkle them over the top.
