  1. 1. Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Slice the ciabatta bread into 4 thick pieces.
  3. 3. Toast the bread slices for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  4. 4. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes.
  5. 5. Crumble the feta cheese into a bowl and mix it with the tomato cubes.
  6. 6. Mix the olive oil and balsamic vinegar in a small dish and pour it over the tomato-feta mixture.
  7. 7. Rub the surface of the toasted bread slices with half a raw tomato.
  8. 8. Place the tomato-feta mixture on top of the bread slices.
  9. 9. Roughly tear the basil leaves with your hands and sprinkle them over the top.
