Ingredients
- 10 Stück corn tortillas
- 300 g pork
- 4 Stück dried chilis
- 1 Stück onion
- 2 Stück garlic cloves
- 2 EL olive oil
- 1 TL salt
- 1 TL cumin
- 500 ml chicken broth
- ½ Bund cilantro
Instructions
- 1. Cook and shred the pork.
- 2. Soak chilis in water and then blend.
- 3. Sauté onion and garlic, then mix everything.
- 4. Stuff tamales and wrap in corn tortillas.
- 5. Steam in a steamer for 60 minutes.
