Ingredients
- 300g Corn Dough
- 200g Pork
- 2 Stück Shallots
- 1 Stück Bell Pepper
- 1 Bund Cilantro
- 2 EL Olive Oil
- 50g Lard
Instructions
- 1. Sauté pork with shallots and bell pepper.
- 2. Mix corn dough with olive oil and water.
- 3. Wrap tamales with the dough and filling in banana leaves.
- 4. Steam for 1 hour.
