Ingredients
- 4 Stück Eggs
- 1 EL Sugar
- 1 TL Soy Sauce
- 1 EL mirin
- 1 EL Oil
Instructions
- 1. Beat eggs in a bowl and add sugar, soy sauce, and mirin.
- 2. Heat oil in a pan and pour in a layer of the batter.
- 3. Cook briefly, then carefully roll it up and push to the side.
- 4. Repeat until all the mixture is used.
- 5. Slice tamago and serve.
