🍲 Taiwanese Wonton Soup

Ingredients
- 8 Stück Wonton wrappers
- 150 g Minced meat
- 2 Stück Spring onions
- 1 Stück Ginger
- 500 ml Chicken broth
- 2 EL Soy sauce
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 100 g Vegetables
Instructions
- 1. Mix minced meat with spring onions and ginger.
- 2. Fill wonton wrappers with the mixture and fold.
- 3. Bring chicken broth to a boil and add wontons.
- 4. Cook for a few minutes until wontons are done.
- 5. Season with soy sauce.
- 6. Serve and enjoy.
