🥗 Tahdig (Crispy Rice Crust)

Ingredients
- 200g rice
- 500ml water
- 1 TL salt
- 50g butter
- 1g saffron
- 1EL lemon juice
Instructions
- 1. Cook rice according to package instructions in salted water.
- 2. Melt butter in a large pan and add saffron.
- 3. Spread cooked rice evenly in the pan.
- 4. Smooth the surface with a spoon and press down lightly.
- 5. Fry on low heat for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
- 6. Invert onto a serving plate and serve.
