🍖 Tagliatelle with Beef Ragout

Ingredients
- 200 g tagliatelle
- 300 g beef
- 1 onion
- 1 carrots
- 1 Stange celery
- 2 EL tomato paste
- 100 ml red wine
- 2 EL olive oil
- 0.5 TL pepper
- 1 TL salt
Instructions
- 1. Cut beef into cubes and sauté in olive oil.
- 2. Chop onion, carrot, and celery and add to the pot.
- 3. Add tomato paste and sauté briefly.
- 4. Deglaze with red wine and season with salt and pepper.
- 5. Let simmer for at least 1 hour and serve with tagliatelle.
