🍖 Beef Boiled with Apple Horseradish

Ingredients
- 500 g Beef Round
- 200 g Carrots
- 100 g Celery
- 1 Stück Onion
- 1 Stück Bay Leaf
- 5-6 Stück Whole Peppercorns
- 1 Liter Water
- 200 g Apples
- 50 g Horseradish
- 1 TL Sugar
- 1 TL Salt
Instructions
- 1. Bring water to a boil in a large pot and add the beef.
- 2. Add carrots, celery, onion, bay leaf, and peppercorns.
- 3. Reduce heat, add salt, and let the beef simmer gently for 1.5 hours.
- 4. Meanwhile, peel and grate the apples, mixing them with horseradish and sugar.
- 5. Remove the beef after cooking, slice it, and arrange on a plate.
- 6. Serve with the apple horseradish.
