Ingredients
- 400 g Beef (Tafelspitz)
- 2 Stück Carrots
- 1 Stück Celery
- 1 Stück Onion
- eine Handvoll Parsley
- 1 L Water
- 1 TL Salt
- 5 Stück Peppercorns
Instructions
- 1. Place the beef in a large pot with cold water.
- 2. Add carrots, celery, onion, and parsley.
- 3. Bring to a boil and skim off the foam.
- 4. Add salt and peppercorns; simmer for 1.5 hours.
- 5. Remove the meat and let it rest.
- 6. Slice and serve with broth and vegetables.
