Ingredients
- 200 g Cooked rice
- 100 g Lentils
- 1 Onion
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 1 Bell pepper
- 2 EL Oil
- 1 TL Cumin
- 1 TL Salt
Instructions
- 1. Sauté onion and garlic in a pan.
- 2. Add bell pepper and sauté briefly.
- 3. Add lentils and rice and mix well.
- 4. Season with salt and cumin.
- 5. Shape the mixture into a solid mass in a pan and fry.
- 6. Serve warm.
