Ingredients
- 300 g Pork shoulder
- 100 g Pineapple
- 1 Onion
- handvoll Cilantro
- 4 Tortillas
- 1 TL Chili powder
- 1 TL Cumin
- 1 Lime
Instructions
- 1. Marinate meat with chili powder, cumin, and pineapple.
- 2. Chop onion and cilantro.
- 3. Grill meat over medium heat until cooked through (about 20 minutes).
- 4. Warm the tortillas.
- 5. Cut the meat into small pieces and fill into tortillas.
- 6. Serve with onion, cilantro, and lime juice.
