Ingredients
- 400g Pork
- 100g Pineapple
- 1 Onion
- 30g Cilantro
- 4 tortillas
- 2 EL Achiote Paste
- 2 EL Lime Juice
- nach Geschmack Salt
Instructions
- 1. Slice pork into thin strips and marinate with achiote paste, lime juice, and salt.
- 2. Cut pineapple into small pieces and prepare onion and cilantro.
- 3. Sear the marinated pork in a pan over medium heat until cooked through.
- 4. Warm tortillas and spread the cooked meat over them.
- 5. Top with pineapple, onion, and cilantro.
- 6. Serve immediately and enjoy with lime.
