Ingredients
- 100 g Bulgur
- 1 Cucumber
- 3 Tomatoes
- 1 Bund Fresh Parsley
- 1 Handvoll Mint
- 4 EL Lemon Juice
- 4 EL Olive Oil
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Place bulgur in a bowl and cover with boiling water. Let swell for 15 minutes.
- 2. Chop cucumber, tomatoes, and herbs finely.
- 3. Combine the soaked bulgur with the vegetables.
- 4. Add lemon juice and olive oil, and mix well.
- 5. Season with salt and pepper.
- 6. Serve and enjoy.
