Ingredients
- 90g bulgur (whole grain)
- 40g parsley
- 10g fresh mint
- 1 Stück (ca. 100g) tomato
- 1/2 Stück onion
- 3 EL lemon juice
- 2 EL olive oil
- 1 TL salt
Instructions
- 1. Prepare bulgur according to package instructions and let cool.
- 2. Combine parsley, mint, tomato, and onion in a bowl.
- 3. Add cooled bulgur to the mixture.
- 4. Season with lemon juice, olive oil, and salt.
- 5. Mix well and serve.
