Ingredients
- 250 g Cottage Cheese
- 1 Egg
- 50 g Flour
- 30 g Sugar
- 1 TL Baking Powder
- 2 EL Oil
- 50 g Sour Cream
Instructions
- 1. Mix cottage cheese, egg, sugar, and flour.
- 2. Add baking powder and mix well.
- 3. Heat oil in a pan.
- 4. Portion the dough and fry in the pan until golden brown.
- 5. Drain the syrniki on paper towels.
- 6. Serve with sour cream.
