🍰 Syrniki – Curd Pancakes

Ingredients
- 250g curd cheese
- 80g flour
- 1 egg
- 2 EL sugar
- 1 TL vanilla sugar
- 2 EL oil
Instructions
- 1. Mix curd, egg, sugar, and vanilla sugar.
- 2. Gradually knead in the flour.
- 3. Shape the dough into small round patties.
- 4. Heat oil in a skillet.
- 5. Fry syrniki until golden brown on both sides.
- 6. Serve warm with sour cream or jam.
