🥗 Sweet Potato Kimchi Bowl

Ingredients
- 200 Sweet potatoes
- 100 Kimchi
- 100 Coconut milk
- 10 Coriander
- 1 Lime juice
- 1 Olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Peel and cube sweet potatoes, roast in the oven at 200°C for 25 minutes.
- 2. In a bowl, mix kimchi, coconut milk, and lime juice.
- 3. Add roasted sweet potatoes and mix well.
- 4. Garnish with coriander.
- 5. Serve warm.
