  2. 2. Use a spoon to dot the raspberry jam in small patches over the bread.
  3. 3. Whisk eggs, milk, and sugar in a separate bowl. Pour the liquid evenly over the bread. Press the bread down slightly so it absorbs the liquid.
  4. 4. Place the casserole in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to allow the bread to soak completely.
  5. 5. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Take the casserole out of the fridge and sprinkle cinnamon over it. Distribute the cold butter pieces on the surface.
  6. 6. Bake the casserole for 25 minutes in the oven until the surface is golden brown and crispy.
  7. 7. Take the casserole out of the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
