🥗 Swedish Meatballs

Ingredients
- 200g Ground Beef
- 100g Ground Pork
- 1 Onion
- 50g Breadcrumbs
- 50ml Milk
- 1 Egg
- 1 EL Parsley
- nach Geschmack Salt
- nach Geschmack Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop onion and sauté in a pan until translucent.
- 2. In a bowl, mix ground beef and pork, onion, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper thoroughly.
- 3. Shape the mixture into small balls.
- 4. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the meatballs until golden brown.
- 5. Serve the meatballs warm, ideally with lingonberry jam and mashed potatoes.
