🥗 Swedish Cinnamon Buns

Ingredients
- 500g Flour
- 100g Sugar
- 250ml Milk
- 75g butter
- 25g Yeast
- 2 TL Cinnamon
- 1 Prise Salt
- 1 Egg
Instructions
- 1. Dissolve yeast in warm milk and let rest for 10 minutes.
- 2. Combine flour, sugar, salt, and butter in a bowl, add egg and knead with yeast-milk mixture.
- 3. Cover dough and let it rise for 1 hour.
- 4. Roll out the dough, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, roll up and slice.
- 5. Place slices on a baking sheet and let rise for another 30 minutes, then bake in the oven.
