Ingredients
- 400g Beef Tenderloin
- 2 Carrots
- 1 Stange Celery
- 1 Onion
- 50g butter
- 200ml Cream
- 1 TL Caraway seeds
- 1 EL Flour
- 500ml Vegetable Broth
- 1 TL Sugar
- n. B. Pepper
- n. B. Salt
Instructions
- 1. Cut beef into cubes and sauté in butter.
- 2. Dice onion, carrots, and celery and add them. Season with caraway seeds.
- 3. Deglaze with broth and simmer for 1 hour.
- 4. After 1 hour, add cream and sugar, blend and strain through a sieve.
- 5. Season with salt and pepper, and thicken with flour if necessary.
