Ingredients
- 300 g Beef
- 50 g Peanuts
- 1 Onion
- 2 EL Vegetable Oil
- 1 Prise Suya Spice Mix
- 4 Skewers
Instructions
- 1. Cut beef into thin strips.
- 2. Grind peanuts and mix with onion, oil, and spices.
- 3. Marinate meat with the mixture and let sit for at least 20 minutes.
- 4. Skewer the meat.
- 5. Grill over charcoal or in a grill pan until cooked through.
- 6. Serve and enjoy.
