Ingredients
- 200g Salmon fillet
- 150g Rice
- 1 Stück Avocado
- 1 Stück Cucumber
- 1 Stück (ca. 10g) Fresh ginger
- 2 EL Soy sauce
- 1 EL Sesame oil
- eine Handvoll Fresh cilantro
Instructions
- 1. Cook the rice according to package instructions and let it cool.
- 2. Cut the salmon fillet into small cubes.
- 3. Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and dice the flesh.
- 4. Peel the cucumber, quarter it lengthwise and slice it thinly.
- 5. Mix the salmon in a bowl with soy sauce, sesame oil, and grated ginger.
- 6. Arrange rice in bowls, top with salmon, avocado, cucumber, and fresh cilantro.
- 7. Serve with additional soy sauce if desired.
