🍲 Sundubu Stew

Ingredients
- 200 g Sundubu (Soft Tofu)
- 100 g Kimchi
- 500 ml Water
- 1 EL Chili Paste
- 2 Stk. Spring Onion
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 1 EL Sesame Oil
- 1 Stk. Egg
Instructions
- 1. Heat sesame oil in a pot.
- 2. Add garlic and sauté.
- 3. Add water and kimchi, bring to a boil.
- 4. Add sundubu and chili paste, simmer for 5 minutes.
- 5. Carefully crack the egg in, cook for another 2 minutes.
- 6. Add spring onions and serve.
