🥗 Sunday Roast

Ingredients
- 500 g Beef roast
- 250 g Carrots
- 500 g Potatoes
- 200 g Brussels sprouts
- 1 Onion
- 300 ml Broth
- 2 EL Olive oil
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Rub beef roast with salt and pepper.
- 2. Heat olive oil in a roasting pan and sear the roast.
- 3. Add onion and garlic, then pour in broth.
- 4. Surround with vegetables and roast in oven at 180°C for 1.5 hours.
- 5. Add carrots and Brussels sprouts in the last 30 minutes.
- 6. Serve with gravy and potatoes.
- 7. Garnish with fresh herbs.
