Ingredients
- 600g Beef or lamb roast
- 3 Carrots
- 500g Potatoes
- 2 Parsnips
- 1 Onion
- 200ml Beef broth
- 2 EL Olive oil
- nach Geschmack Salt
- nach Geschmack Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
- 2. Season meat and place in a roasting pan.
- 3. Chop vegetables and arrange around the meat.
- 4. Drizzle with olive oil and broth, roast for 1-1.5 hours.
- 5. Let meat rest, slice, and serve.
