🥗 Sunday Roast

Ingredients
- 600g beef roast
- 3 carrots
- 500g potatoes
- 1 Kopf cauliflower
- 300ml gravy
- 2 Zweige rosemary
- 4 Zehen garlic
- zum Braten oil
- zum Würzen salt
- zum Würzen pepper
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 180 °C.
- 2. Rub beef roast with salt, pepper, and rosemary.
- 3. Heat oil in a pan and sear the roast on all sides.
- 4. Place meat in a baking dish with peeled carrots and cauliflower.
- 5. Roast in the preheated oven for about 1.5 hours until tender.
- 6. Peel, boil potatoes, and serve mashed with gravy.
