🍅 Penne in Tomato Basil Cream Sauce

Ingredients
- 300 g Penne Rigate
- 100 g Sun-dried tomatoes (in oil, drained)
- 2 Stk. Zucchini (diced)
- 3 Stk. Garlic cloves (pressed)
- 150 g Cream cheese (sahne-based)
- 20 g Basil (chopped)
- 1 EL Olive oil
- 1 Prise Salt
- 1 Prise Sugar
Instructions
- 1. Cook the penne in salted water al dente.
- 2. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the zucchini for 5 minutes.
- 3. Add the sun-dried tomatoes and garlic and fry for another 2 minutes.
- 4. Stir in the cream cheese over medium heat until melted.
- 5. Mix the pasta with the sauce. Season with salt, sugar, and basil.
