Ingredients
- 300g Collard greens
- 1 Onion
- 1 Tomato
- 1EL Oil
- nach Geschmack Salt
- nach Geschmack Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the onion and tomato.
- 2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion until soft.
- 3. Add the tomato and cook for about 5 minutes.
- 4. Add the collard greens, stir well, and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- 5. Season with salt and pepper and serve warm.
