🍖 Sweet and Sour Pork

Ingredients
- 300 g Pork
- 1 Bell pepper
- 1 Onion
- 100 ml Pineapple juice
- 2 EL Sugar
- 2 EL Soy sauce
- 2 EL Vinegar
- 2 EL Oil
Instructions
- 1. Cut the pork into cubes.
- 2. Chop the vegetables.
- 3. Heat oil in a pan and fry the meat.
- 4. Add vegetables and fry for 5 minutes.
- 5. Mix the sauce from pineapple juice, sugar, soy sauce, and vinegar, then add to the meat.
- 6. Simmer for 10 minutes over medium heat.
