🥗 Sweet Potato Puree with Cauliflower

Ingredients
- 200g Sweet Potato
- 100g Cauliflower
- 20g Butter
- 50ml Milk
- 1/2 TL Salt
- 1/4 TL Nutmeg
- 1/4 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Chop sweet potato and cauliflower into pieces and boil in water until soft.
- 2. Drain the water and puree the vegetables.
- 3. Add butter and milk and mix well.
- 4. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
- 5. Plate and serve.
