Ingredients
- 2 Sweet potatoes
- 1 Sesame oil
- 1 Soy sauce
- 1 Sesame seeds
- 1 Garlic
- 2 Green onions
Instructions
- 1. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut into thin strips.
- 2. Cook in boiling water for 5-7 minutes until soft.
- 3. Drain and place in a bowl.
- 4. Finely chop garlic and mix with sesame oil, soy sauce, and sesame seeds.
- 5. Add the mixture to the sweet potatoes and mix well.
- 6. Garnish with chopped green onions.
