🥗 Sweet Potato Couscous with Nuts

Ingredients
- 150g Couscous
- 200g Sweet Potato
- 50g Almonds
- 2 EL Olive Oil
- 1 TL Cinnamon
- 1 TL Cumin
Instructions
- 1. Peel and cube the sweet potato.
- 2. Boil water in a pot and cook the sweet potatoes.
- 3. Pour hot water over couscous in a bowl and let it soak.
- 4. Add olive oil, cinnamon, and cumin to the couscous.
- 5. Mix in the cooked sweet potatoes and almonds.
- 6. Mix well and serve.
