🥗 Sweet Potato Casserole with Ham

Ingredients
- 400 g sweet potatoes
- 150 g cooked ham
- 100 ml cream
- 100 g cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 Prise salt
- 1 Prise pepper
Instructions
- 1. Peel, boil, and mash sweet potatoes.
- 2. Dice the ham.
- 3. Combine mashed sweet potatoes, cream, eggs, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- 4. Pour into a casserole dish and top with ham and cheese.
- 5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes.
- 6. Let cool slightly before serving.
