1. Wash the zucchini, halve them, and scoop out the seeds. Precook the zucchini cut-side down in the air fryer at 180°C for 10 minutes.
2. In the meantime, finely chop the onion and garlic. Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic.
3. Add the ground beef and brown it. Add the tomato paste and sauté for a short time.
4. Wash the tomatoes, remove the cores, and cut them into small cubes. Add them to the ground beef mixture and season with salt and pepper.
5. Finely chop the parsley and add it to the ground beef mixture. Stir well.
6. Remove the zucchini from the air fryer and fill them with the ground beef mixture. Place the zucchini back in the air fryer and cook at 180°C for another 15 minutes.
