🥗 Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients
- 1 Cabbage
- 400g Mixed Ground Meat
- 100g Rice
- 1 Onion
- 2 EL Tomato Paste
- 1 EL Paprika Powder
- 500ml Water
- 2 EL Oil
Instructions
- 1. Blanch cabbage head to loosen leaves.
- 2. Dice onion and sauté in oil.
- 3. Cook rice according to package instructions and let cool.
- 4. Mix rice, ground meat, onions, and paprika powder.
- 5. Place filling on cabbage leaves and roll up.
- 6. Layer cabbage rolls in pot, cover with tomato paste and water, and simmer for 90 minutes.
