🥗 Stuffed Cabbage Rolls (Töltött Káposzta)

Ingredients
- 1 Cabbage
- 300g Ground meat
- 100g Rice
- 1 Onion
- 400ml Tomato sauce
- 1 TL Paprika powder
- 2 EL Oil
- nach Geschmack Salt and pepper
Instructions
- 1. Blanch cabbage in boiling water until leaves are soft.
- 2. Sauté onion in oil until translucent.
- 3. Add ground meat and cooked rice to onion, season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
- 4. Fill cabbage leaves with meat mixture and roll them up.
- 5. Place rolls in a pot and cover with tomato sauce.
- 6. Simmer for another 60 minutes over low heat.
- 7. Serve the rolls hot.
