  1. 1. Break the strawberry gelatin dessert into small pieces and put it in a pot.
  2. 2. Heat the gelatin over medium heat until it completely dissolves. Do not let it boil.
  3. 3. Stir the sugar into the warm gelatin mixture.
  4. 4. Carefully mix the warm gelatin mixture with the cold heavy cream.
  5. 5. Fill the mixture into 4 small glasses or molds.
  6. 6. Let the panna cotta set in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  7. 7. Slice the strawberries and place them on top of the finished panna cotta along with the mint.
