🍓 Strawberry Panna Cotta with Mint

Ingredients
- 1 Beutel (400 ml) Strawberry gelatin dessert (Ready to eat)
- 250 ml Heavy cream
- 30 g Sugar
- 150 g Fresh strawberries
- 4 Stk Fresh mint leaves
Instructions
- 1. Break the strawberry gelatin dessert into small pieces and put it in a pot.
- 2. Heat the gelatin over medium heat until it completely dissolves. Do not let it boil.
- 3. Stir the sugar into the warm gelatin mixture.
- 4. Carefully mix the warm gelatin mixture with the cold heavy cream.
- 5. Fill the mixture into 4 small glasses or molds.
- 6. Let the panna cotta set in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- 7. Slice the strawberries and place them on top of the finished panna cotta along with the mint.
