🍰 Sticky Toffee Pudding

Ingredients
- 200 g Dates
- 200 g Flour
- 150 g Sugar
- 100 g butter
- 2 Eggs
- 1 TL Vanilla extract
- 1 TL Baking powder
- 100 ml Cream
- 100 g Brown sugar
- 1 TL Salt
Instructions
- 1. Remove pits from dates and chop them roughly.
- 2. Boil dates with 250 ml water and simmer for 10 minutes.
- 3. Cream butter and sugar, then mix in eggs and vanilla.
- 4. Add flour, baking powder, and salt, then mix in the date mixture.
- 5. Pour into a greased dish and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
- 6. For the sauce, heat cream and brown sugar over medium heat until simmering.
- 7. Serve warm with the sauce.
